Our décor and furniture rentals for celebrations and events in the United States are provided for a fixed rental period. This policy explains pickup, cancellations, and refunds. We operate from Brooklyn, New York (3611 14th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11218, United States) and serve Brooklyn, New York City, New York State, and the wider United States for weddings, parties, and other celebrations.

Service Area

Event décor and furniture rentals are offered in the United States. Delivery and pickup are provided within our service area, including Brooklyn, NY, New York City, and other US locations as agreed at booking. This return policy applies to all such rentals.

Rental Period

Décor and furniture items are rented for the dates agreed in your booking. We deliver at the start of the period and pick up at the end. Extended rental may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Pickup

You are responsible for having items ready for pickup at the agreed time and location in the United States. Items should be in the same condition as at delivery, except for normal wear. Linens do not need to be washed; we handle cleaning.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be set out in your rental agreement. Generally, cancellations made well in advance may receive a full or partial refund of the deposit; cancellations closer to the event date may not be refundable.

Damaged or Missing Items

If décor or furniture items are damaged or lost during the rental period, you may be charged for repair or replacement. We will communicate any such charges and work with you to resolve the matter.
